Reservations

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All payments, including deposits and installment payments, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a signed event agreement. Once your date is reserved, Executive Event Center begins planning, scheduling staff, reserving resources, and declining other booking opportunities. Date changes may be approved at our discretion based on availability and may require updated pricing or contract terms.

Payments

Final payment deadlines are governed by your signed event agreement. Failure to make required payments may result in cancellation of the reservation and release of the event date.

Quotes & AI

Quotes, chatbot responses, AI voice assistant responses, emails, text messages, and verbal discussions are estimates only and do not guarantee pricing, availability, or create a binding agreement. Only a signed event agreement is binding.

Force Majeure

Executive Event Center is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, utility failures, government actions, or emergencies. Any available remedies will be governed by the signed event agreement.

Outside Vendors

Outside vendors, caterers, bartenders, decorators, entertainers, photographers, and other service providers may require prior approval and must comply with venue policies and applicable laws.

Photography

Photographs or videos from events will not be used for marketing purposes without permission where required. Clients submitting media confirm they have the necessary rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Executive Event Center is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Event-related liability is governed by the signed event agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
